Biker seem to recognize that car air bag save their lives in an accident, and so seem to do motorcyclists for airbag jackets.

STRUCTURE OF OUR SAFETY AIRBAG JACKET
Our airbag system consists of jacket and airbag vest:
- Jacket:
The motorcycle jacket is attached by an airbag system in the type of vest, removable easily from the jacket.
The jacket is wearable without air bag system but installed by optional CE certified protectors
- Air bag vest:
Our jacket consists of liner-type vest and the vest contains the air bag so that it is very easy and quick to assemble or dismantle.
This liner-type vest is installed with air bag system, easily attached and removable, in order to protect neck, body, and hip.

FUNCTION
As soon as a rider wearing a jacket equipped with airbag being thrown away from a motorcycle by the impact of a sudden accident, the trigger in the key box hits the gas cartridge pulled by a coil wire fixed to the motorcycle, to release the CO2 gas into airbags installed in the vest within 0.5 second like the air bag in a car working by impact sensor.
The swollen airbag protects a rider's neck, body and hip by buffering from the impact of crash, and the swollen airbag becomes deflated through gas release valve, to make a rider feel comfortable.
One of the features is that another airbag runs beneath the gas distributing compartment in order to protect the rider's breast from the projecting objects in case of an accident.
The swollen airbag becomes deflated gradually through gas release valve within 10 seconds, to make a rider feel comfortable. In case of difficulty in tightness or in breathing, unfasten the front zipper of your jacket.

HOW TO DISMANTLE OR ASSEMBLE
When washing or mending is required for the jacket, the air bag shall be dismantled and assembled carefully, in order to work in right way and not to be damaged. The airbag is very simple and easier to dismantle or assemble even without explanation in detail. It needs only one normal screw driver to attache the airbag on a jacket. Therefore, it is much easier to assemble and dismantle than others. (So, a screw driver is not supplied)

GAS CARTRIDGE COMPARTMENT
A needle in the key box hits, by the trigger pulled by about a tensile strength of about 25 to 30Kg, the seal of gas cartridge and punctures to let the CO2 gas run into the air bags to inflate instantly. Our trigger type is so simple that it is easy to re-assemble or replace the gas cartridge after use, compared with the existing models of "key ball" type.

GAS CARTRIDGE
The gas cartridge contains CO2 gas. The needle in the key box hits the seal of cartridge to puncture and to let the gas run into each airbag.

AIRBAGS
The airbags are made of high quality strong urethane film to absorb and reduce the impact of crash as much as possible when they are swollen.
The maximum pressure is about 35kpa(0.35kg/cm2) when the air bag is fully inflated, and gradually decreases due to the function of the built-in gas release valve.
The gas runs from the gas distributing box to each airbag through urethane tubes. The airbags are designed to absorb crashing impact, but may break depending on the shape of objects storken and to the extent of impact.

AIRBAG VEST
The airbag vests are shipped out after finishing the test and inspection of function, one by one if it works perfectly.
